RIO III

 

RIO III is a 17.5ft Cruiser powered by a Mercury 9.9hp 4-stroke outboard engine, currently at Beeston Marina. Nottingham. The boat is the popular Shetland 535, which has been maintained and updated by the present owner. 

 

The boat comes with a current boat safety certificate and the engine has very recently been serviced by ourselves. 

 

Included:

• 9.9hp Mercury outboard engine. Electric start with a charging circuit for the battery. The engine has recently been serviced by ourselves

• Fuel tank

• Recent replacement full cockpit canopy in very good condition.  

• A number of fenders

• Anchor & warp

• Current Boat Safety Certificate

• Current C&RT licence (new owner would have to re-register)

• Gas hob with 3.9kg Calor Gas cylinder

• Helmsmans seat

• Porta Potti

 

Notes:

The interior has been refitted by the current owner, with replacement headlining. The cushions are PVC and are in good condition. The cockpit canopy has rollaway sides and aft section to allow great access and ventilation, creating a bimini. Or the canopy can be folded away completely. 

 

Electrical power is provided by a single 12v battery located in a battery box in the cockpit area. 

 

The boat is currently on the hard at Beeston Marina and will soon be launched on to the River Trent.

 

The exterior and hull is being cleaned down by the current owner. 

 

The boat has been in regular use up until sale, used for both day fishing and cruising the local waterways.
