This boat is being sold by Beeston Marina Ltd in lieu of outstanding mooring fee payments.

This boat is being sold as a project boat, the interior requires some work to bring it up to a good standard and the boat would benefit in being taken out of the water for a hull scrub and for a fresh coat of antifouling. The electrics are partially wired in, but do require finishing off.

The coach roof handrails have been leaking slightly onto one of the berth cushions making it slightly damp.

The hull and topsides have previously been painted and are now ready for a fresh coat of paint. Some paint is included in the sale. This is all cosmetic rather than structural.

The boat comes with a Watermota Pre-CrossFlow Petrol engine which we have started and looks to run fine. This is raw water cooled and direct shaft drive. Forward and reverse are selected by the clutch lever. The build date of the boat is estimated as being 1970.

The boat has a BSS which is valid until the end of November 2024.

Payment can be made by BACS or Cash. A bill of sale will be issued was the sale is completed. No pre-sale preparation has been carried out on the boat, it is being sold as is with no warranty given or implied.

At present all mooring berths are fully occupied and therefore a mooring Beeston Marina is not available. Following purchase, the boat may be left with us on a visitors berth for 14 days without charge for the new owner to make arrangements.
