Important Notice (Updated FEBRUARY 2026):

Due to high demand and limited availability, we currently have a long waiting list for our mobile homes. Please do not expect a home in the short term.

All mobile homes owned by Beeston Marina are available only for rental, with a minimum 6-month contract (long-term rental). Only one pet is permitted per home, and no under-18s are allowed to live on site due to site licence conditions. 

If you have applied in the past, we still have your information.

Please ensure that any applications include all the requested information; otherwise, we cannot process the application.

Additionally, there are no empty plots available for rental or purchase. This is a residential mobile home park and is open all year round.

Initial Costs:

• Rent: Approximately £420 per month

• Deposit: £425

• Gas: Two 47kg gas bottles (total £204)

• Total Initial Cost: ~ £1050

In addition to the rent, you will be responsible for water rates, gas, electricity, and Council Tax (band A).

With over 100 mobile homes situated right by the river, Beeston Marina offers a peaceful and unique living environment that is hard to find elsewhere. These homes provide the perfect balance of a quiet, restful atmosphere while still offering easy access to city amenities.

Due to site rules and licence conditions, we can not accommodate more than one pet, or children under the age of 18.
