We have over 100 mobile homes all perfectly placed by the river to provide a living environment that simply cannot be replicated without the sea!  These homes offer the perfect chance to find somewhere quiet calm and restful to settle down whilst still having all the amenities expected from city life.

Initial Mobile Home costs:

Mobile home rent is approx. £420 a month

A deposit of £425 is required as well as two bottles of 47kg gas bottles costing a total of £204 (2x£102)

Total initial cost of approx. £1050

Along with your rent you are responsible for paying Water Rates, Gas, Electric and Council Tax which is band A.
