The Boathouse Cafe
Temporarily closed due to Covid regulations. The Chandlery is serving refreshments 10am-4pm during this time. The Cafe will re-open for Takeaway food from 12th April 2021.
Re-opening 8.30am to 3.30pm 7 days a week from 12th April 2021.
Open 7 days a week and operated by Sandie and the irrepressible Tony; the Boathouse Café at Beeston Marina Nottingham offers a great catering venue to rest and re-fuel whilst navigating the River Trent or walking/cycling along its banks.
Enjoy the popular full breakfasts, whilst overlooking the River Trent from the patio area, or hiding from the weather whilst dining inside. The Boathouse Café menu will not leave you disappointed and has something to offer tastes and requirements.
Sarah's famous home made scones (yes they're gluten free) and cakes will keep those of you with a sweet tooth content whilst enjoying a lovely mug of tea.
It's easy to see why this is one of Nottingham's best loved cafe's and I'd challenge you to find a Nottinghamshire based cyclist that hasn't enjoyed the Boathouse's delights.
With it's scenic location The Boathouse Cafe is ideal for:
SUP (Stand-up Paddleboarding groups)
Contact the Café directly to organise rest stop or meeting point by the river, or just browse Tony's photos of Beeston Fields School from the 1940s onwards.
